If your pass is lost or stolen, you may purchase a replacement for $20.

  •

To pick up your pass and to use your pass, you will need to have a valid UW ID Card. If you do not have a UW ID you can get one at Union South. The Photo ID office is located in Union South, lower level, next to the Games Room, in room B109. Photo ID is open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 4:15 pm.

Students, faculty, and staff who need a new or replacement ID card must present some form of personal photo identification such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. In addition, the Photo ID office can make a Faculty/Staff ID card ONLY after the employee's department has entered the appointment information and the proper authorization has been established in the database. Generally it takes one evening for this information to get updated in the Photo ID Search program. For more information on obtaining a UW ID card please call 262-3258.
